This means we’re able to offer high quality dental care to veterans through the VA’s Community Care Program. If you’re a veteran looking to access dental care, we’re here to help with your needs.

STEPS TO REQUEST A COMMUNITY CARE DENTAL REFERRAL

  1. Contact the Ralph H. Johnson VA Eligibility Department
    • Confirm that you are eligible for Community Care and have dental coverage.

  2. Call the VA Dental Clinic
    • Request that a new dental consult be placed.
    • 843-818-5103
  3. Referral Processing
    • Once the consult is submitted, it will be sent to the assigned Dental Appointment Referral Administrator.
    • They will process the referral and send it to our office so we can schedule your dental visit.
